Nan, you were and always will be my guiding light - my absolute star. I miss you more than words can ever express. Your strength, courage and determination to not let MND define you is so inspiring and gave me hope. You outlived everyone's expectations when we got that dreaded news and I'm so grateful and honoured to have shared so much of your journey. In the words of one our favourite past times - The ones that love us never really love us. Sleep tight my beautiful angel. Love you xx
